1. Standard Protection (Automatic)
Your journey with LIFEGETTER starts with automatic coverage from the date of purchase:
Full Unit: 6 Months of comprehensive coverage.
2. The LIFEGETTER Plus+ Extended Warranty
Get an extra year of protection on us! We reward proactive customers who join the LIFEGETTER community.
Register your product at lifegetter.cn within 30 days of delivery to receive:
Extended Full Unit Coverage: We will add an extra 12 months to your standard warranty, giving you 18 months of total unit protection.
Please Note: If registration is not completed within the 30-day window, the standard 6-month unit warranty will apply.
3. Warranty Exclusions
To ensure the longevity of your appliance, please follow the guidelines in your User Manual. This warranty does not cover:
Improper Use: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or "use of force."
Unauthorized Repairs: Any service or dismantling performed by personnel not authorized by LIFEGETTER.
Commercial Use: Units used for business or commercial purposes rather than standard household use.
Maintenance & Wear: Normal wear and tear of consumable parts or damage from neglecting the User Manual (e.g., wrong voltage/power supply).
External Factors: Damage caused by shipping, external environmental influences, or third-party alterations.
Note on Second-Hand Items: For units purchased as "Used" or "Second-Hand" (including Amazon Warehouse deals), please contact the seller directly for their specific return and warranty policies.
